BC.Game does a lot of things really well, but customer support isn’t one of them. Yeah, if you are the type of player who has questions before you register at a casino, you’re gonna have a hard time figuring things out.

BC.Game does have live chat support but it’s only available for PAYING CUSTOMERS. Yes, even if you register an account, that still won’t be enough to chat with one of their representatives. You gotta pay to talk, quite literally.
They claim that this is a way to fight against bots, and it’s easy to read between the lines since they could have added a captcha or something else. Your boy Derrick just thinks that they want more people to open up their wallets.
Heck, even if you just want to participate in the community chat, you’ll still have to make a deposit, which kinda sucks. You can, however, send them an email without registering an account and hope that they respond. They are usually quite busy.
Honestly, while I was reviewing BC.Game, the community chat proved to be a more helpful option than actually talking with customer support. Overall, I was expecting more from such a well-rounded and ingenious casino.00
