BItstarz support is pretty good. I was able to get into a chat with a support member in less than a minute. They were kind and helpful so I’ve got no complaints there. I had an issue with one of the bonuses (I couldn’t activate it), so I contacted the customer support. The support activated the bonus manually and the rest is history. FYI, I must have activated something wrong or IDK. Overall I’m happy with how they work.They also offer email support but no telephone support so sorry to you dawgs that like to contact support the old fashioned way.

John Bro: Are they available 24/7? I hate when customer support claims this, but in reality, they don’t deliver.
They should be. I contacted them a couple of times and they answered each and every time.
