In today’s day and age, when everyone and their mother has a website that deals with customers, people like to take shortcuts.

One of these shortcuts is: not having live chat support.
“Oh, just reach us through our e-mail address. Don’t worry. We’ll answer it ASAP, dawg!”, I hear them saying.
While big companies and various businesses might be able to get away with not having a live chat option, online casinos CAN’T (in my opinion).
This is a huge NO-NO for online casinos. So many things can go wrong while playing online casino games (the game might crash, the site might crash, your internet may disconnect, a hacker attack,…). I always feel at ease when I know that help is only a click away. At the same time, I always feel uncomfortable when I know I have to wait for maybe a day or two before someone answers my E-mail.
I mean, just imagine if you actually do manage to win the jackpot only for something wrong to happen and there is no live chat support. By the time the support reaches you, something “unexpected” will have happened with your jackpot and they will be very sorry that they couldn’t come to you sooner because “they were OH SO BUSY, with so many queries”.
Big companies like Apple or Amazon might be able to get away but Casinos can’t . You won’t really suffer if you have to wait a day or two for your Ipad refunds but you will be sweating bullets if something happens to your deposit while playing.
If you ask me dawgs, if you come across a brand new casino that doesn’t offer this very basic feature, stay away from it.
Not having live chat support is just bad customer service.20

Dandarabilla: If I honestly write how I feel about casinos with no live chat, you’ll have to kick me out on several accounts of misbehaviour.
Girl, I doubt you can say anything nastier about it, that your boy Derrick hasn’t said already. Feel free to surprise me!10
