Hey, gambling boys and girls, I would like to talk a bit about the “power behind the throne”, the grey eminence, AKA customer support. Yeah, I know this sounds kinda lame, but once you get to know the online casino world, you’ll realize that the job these guys do have a serious impact on every online casino. We all probably had some questions regarding bonuses, promotions, withdrawals, etc, that we couldn’t quite crack ourselves. Customer support to the rescue!I had my fair share of boring questions and uncertainties, I won’t lie to you, and I feel that customer service doesn’t get the credit it deserves. In order to give you a glimpse into the world of casino support agents, here is my short take on Slotwolf support service.
Slotwolf has standard ways of reaching them – email and live chat. To be clear, most online casinos have these options, with some exceptions where you can reach casinos via phone and even social networks like Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. So nothing out of the ordinary here, I guess.
I must say I had a really nice chat with their support team. They were highly professional and genuinely kind, which is a must in my book. Just be sure I talked with a couple of operators and all passed with flying colours. These guys provide a full 24/7 service and they reply to their emails in a reasonable amount of time – once in a couple of hours and once in an hour. I really think players (especially newbies) should contact customer support, before investing their time and money in any casino.
One thing that could use some improvement is their FAQ section. Yes, there are answers to several of the major questions, but I would definitely love to see more topics covered, as they only tackle less than a dozen of issues. Besides that, I think these guys are more than capable of providing players with excellent service.

100% agree. Even a lousily organized casino can be saved with good customer support. I too have had many questions answered by those dawgs. Whatever they are paying them, it’s not enough.10- Replies

Y U so salty about phone lines? Get with the times, girl! Ain’t live chat faster and more effective?
I mean, if online casinos have phone lines, that’s ok. However, not having live chat is just not cool, dawg.
